What You Going To Do About US?

This world is, and has been controlled by insane pedophile satanists for a very long time. But their time is up. People are waking up much faster than they ever imagined.

The elite satanists are small in number, but we, the ones they want to eliminate are much larger in numbers. The only reason they still exist is because they have most of us living in fear, and dread through the media systems they control.

The best way to free yourself from these control mechanisms Is to turn them off. Limit your use cell phone use, turn off your TV. Don’t believe what the main stream media is spewing, and most of all reconnect with life, and the positive.

This can be done in many ways: Spend time in nature, meditation, yoga, contemplation, lucid dreaming, singing the HU.

The world seems insane, but it isn’t. The world is being run by insane people. The more we wake others up to this, and the faster we do this, the quicker we will enjoy the coming New Age.

Mike’s Health Cocktail

Many people today are looking for ways to improve their overall health without the use of prescription drugs. Most prescription drugs have many side effects that may cause more problems than they help. Most prescription drugs do not really cure health problems as much as they just hide symptoms of poor health.

Most of the food we eat does not have the minerals and nutrients our bodies need to maintain proper health. The reason for this is over farming of the land, GMOs, and the use of glycosphate (Round-up).

I decided after much research to formulate a drink that is inexpensive, easy to make, and will basically provide the body with all of the trace minerals, and nutrients it needs to maintain optimum health. Mike’s Health Cocktail is all about PREVENTIVEmedicine.

This cocktail acts as an anti-fungal, and antibacterial. It will help prevent, and cure cancer. It will also help prevent the flu without the use of vaccines. It has natural probiotics so it will help keep you regular, prevent acid upset stomach, and will help keep your body pH alkaline.

Here is my personal cocktail that I take once a day, it is my breakfast.

2-3 tbs of Bragg’s Natural Apple Cider Vinegar.

1/2 tsp of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos.

1/2 tsp of ground turmeric.

1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon.

1/4 tsp of Puritan’s Pride Pure Vitamin C Crystals (5000 mg/tsp)

1/2 Tsp of cayenne powder.

1/2 Tsp ground ginger.

1/8 Tsp black pepper.

1/8 Tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt.

Put the Vitamin C crystals, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, sea salt, and cayenne in the bottom of a glass. Pour the apple cider vinegar, and the liquid aminos on top. Add a spritz of water (or as much water as you wish. You can even put in a little natural honey for taste), and stir vigorously.

In addition to this I also take supplements such as 2400 mg fish oil, 2400 mg of coconut oil, 5000 mg garlic oil and vitamins B,D, E, and graviola.

Use only an organic, unpasteurized, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar, NOT clear pasteurized vinegar. Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar is the best, and easiest to find (Available at Whole Foods, and most grocery stores).

If you are on prescription blood thinners, or other prescription drugs, consult your doctor first.

Try this cocktail for a couple of months, and I guarantee you will notice results. You will feel better, more energetic, lose weight, and help fight off cancer and other bacterial diseases.

A Runners Manual For Beginners

Editor’s note: The author has been a runner for over 25 years, has run 5 marathons, and has basically run enough miles to circle the globe.

This article is for those of you who have been living a sedentary life, and want to get active. Maybe you are a couch potato and are worried about your health as you get older; maybe you work in an office and want to be more active. If you have been contemplating taking up running, or jogging, to get in shape, this article is for you.

There is an old saying “you have to walk before you can run”. This is very true for folks who want to start running for exercise; your first two weeks should be nothing but walking. You don’t need to walk with your arms flailing about like a power walker gone amok; you just need to walk with a purpose. Tighten your butt and your stomach muscles, and walk for one or two miles at a pace that pushes you, but doesn’t overexert you. Your leg muscles will experience some soreness the next day, but it should not be so bad as to keep you from wanting to walk again in a day or two.

After at least two weeks of walking, your legs should now be ready to handle light jogging. Start by jogging slowly over the same one or two mile course you have been walking the last couple of weeks. You should not be concerned with your speed or how fast you can run the course; the idea is to get cardiovascular exercise, not to try out for the Olympics. Try to find a pace that you can maintain for the whole course without stopping or over exerting yourself. You will notice that your speed will quickly increase over time as your body adjusts.

Now some tips that all runners should know and follow:

1) Do NOT run or jog on concrete surfaces, or sidewalks. Running is a high impact exercise, which means that every time your foot hits the ground it sends a jolt up your foot, leg, and hip. Concrete is very hard and has no give to it; it is preferable to run on asphalt. I always get weird looks from people when I tell them this, but it is true. If you take a hammer and strike concrete what happens? It will chip or shatter. If you hit asphalt with a hammer what happens? It goes “thunk”. That is because asphalt is much softer than concrete, especially on warm days. If you insist on running on concrete you may be looking at having a knee or hip replacement in a few years.

2) Run only with running shoes, not cross trainers. You don’t need one hundred dollar Air Nikes, but you should have a light weight running shoe. This will save you from developing very painful shin splints. When your shoes wear out replace them, or you will have the same problem.

3) If you run along the side of a road ALWAYS run facing traffic.

4) If you run at night always wear a reflective shirt or vest. Most running shoes have reflective strips on them, but that is not always enough to guarantee visibility.

5) Keep plenty of liniment handy. It will take months for your legs to get used to the pounding, and a good liniment (I prefer Flex-All 454) is invaluable.

6) Some runners like to stretch before running, but I never stretch. Most people do not know how to properly stretch, and will hurt themselves more by stretching than not. I prefer to have a half mile warm up walk before my run to get blood circulating and to loosen up joints and tendons. I also recommend a half mile cool down walk after my run to bring the heart rate back to normal in a gradual way. Locating your running course about a half mile from your home will help you accomplish both of these walks.

7) Bring a water bottle with you. I normally do not drink while running unless I am going long distances, but it sure is nice to have on your cool down walk home. I recommend that you throw a bottle of water in the freezer the night before, and stash it before your run, you will have ice cold water for your cool down walk.

8) Do not over exert yourself. If for any reason your heart rate is too high, or you become winded, start walking until your heart rate comes down to where you feel comfortable to run again.

Running is great exercise, and is also a lot of fun. Bring a radio with you or an i-pod if you wish, it can help you keep a pace and help take your mind off the exertion.

People feed the ego by trying to starve it. When they put themselves last or deprive themselves; what they are actually saying is I am the best at being the least.

Society has got into a pissing contest of a sort with this. Everyone unconsciously tries to do outdo everyone else with being the most depraved. This is seen in someone making their story as gloomy as possible. They have to prove that they are in the most pain, are the most broke, are the least love and have the least opportunity.

There is a difference between being a compassionate listener and feeding others negative sense of self. The thing is…if the individual would use some of that energy that they use in telling their story to uplift themselves, they would realize that they have a lot to be grateful for.

Mike the Crack Pot

Many of my readers have been listening to me talk about many vile subjects such as child trafficking, pedophilia, by not just Catholic Priests, but almost all of the elite in this world. You have been hearing me tell you that our American Government has been run by a deep state ruling class since J.F.K.’s murder. You have been listening to me tell you that the Federal Reserve Bank is run by foreign powers that are getting VERY rich because they control the fiat (money based on nothing) money supply. Most folks however get their “news” from their main stream media (MSM) TV, not realizing it is all FAKE, and controlled by the CIA. These folks think that I am a crack pot spewing conspiracy theories.

The folks who are open minded are in for a much less of a shock than those hopelessly entrenched in the MSM shite.

The truth is coming out no matter what the MSM wails about. There will be mass arrests coming soon. 85-90% of Congress is guilty of Treason, done through bribery, or black mail. Most of your more popular MSM hosts are in fact CIA agents (ie Anderson Cooper who admittedly was a CIA intern in college).

I recomend you prepare yourself for what is coming up as the American Republic is about to be restored, and taken back from The Vatican, and the banks of London.

Wisdom from the Sapling Forest

But today I went out and tended them. I transplanted a couple of them and then they started to engage me. What they told me is that when I don’t give them attention, they withdraw from interacting with me. They said this is a universal principle. If you want to engage anything, you have to tend it by giving it your attention. This includes, your garden, your family, your health, the world and love itself. This explains why some people have such rich interactions with their pets and others and some have superficial relationships. It is because the deeper you engage something, the more rich the interaction. Can you imagine a world where everyone engaged life at a deeper level?

A friend of mine had a wonderful teacher when we were in school. They were amazing. They were strict and funny and had all of the student’s attention. It inspired my friend to want to be a teacher; which he ended up doing. But he was a lousy teacher. It was the most interesting thing. He was trying so very hard and devoted to the students but he came across as annoying and a bully.

I watched him in his class one day. I knew exactly why he wasn’t succeeding as a teacher. When I observed him, I realized that he was trying to be the teacher that he had in school. He was emulating the teacher who inspired him to be a teacher. He was not being genuine. He was copying the style of the person he admired.
